Due to any leakage in circuit component like a Transformer or
any device which earthed to Body or Directly mounted on Panel
Body will give shock.

Or

Panel body is directly used as neutral for Control supply
then Panel may give shock.

when machine shock the resion of this perticular insulation
is pancher, and return path of volatage is very high to
humane body,

the machine gives shock when the insulation of wires used
inside the machine get damaged and that wire touches to the
machine. we can solve this problem by proper earthing.

What, in the construction of a transformer, controls KVA? For example 600/208/120 V transformer can be 10kVA or 45kVA!!! What do we change in the construction of a Transformer in order to change the rating but not the voltage.
