UAT(User Acceptance Testing)is the last phase in testing
process which we generally do in user's enviorement,in which
we check the product meeting the Client's specification or
not.So bug found during this are UAT bugs
It depends on company to company,in my project UAT bugs are
filed by Quality Assurance people.

the time of using the application by user. it is user
accpection from particular application.
