cfl lamps are efficient compare to ordinary lamps.it is
also power saving.it will be available at low watts 5w and
11w (watts).but it is costly to compare another lamps..

The main difference of the cfl and ordinary lamp is,
the more mercury gas compressed on less space in cfl, so
the illumination is high with compact size.
so the power saving lamp is cfl.

CFL is compact fluroscent lamp.
Like all fluroscent lamps they use less power for the same
light. 11 watt CFL is the same as 75 watt ordinary lamp.

Reducing the reactive power consumption.By wich we can
reduce the overall power consumption.So, CFL is more
effecient than ordinary lamps.But CFL lamps are costlier
because of its additional features.
