In Induction motor rotor, each phase winding will be
identical and equivalent in parameters. Hence for balance
star connection there will not be any(circulating) nuetral
current at star point. there by............

EXERNAL FORCES WILL CAUSE TO DAMAGE THE ROTOR CKT. UNTILL
UNLESS INSULATION FAILURE FOR THE ROTOR WINDING. HENCE IF
THE ROTOR IS HEALTHY IT WON'T BE EARTHED. AS UR STATEMENT
IT WILL CREATES HEAVY VIBRATIONS AND COUSES MOREHEATING OF
THE STATOR.

but in case of fault , there will be unbalance so i think
neutral should be grounded.
