The initial current is very large at the time of starting
for almost all DC motors. SO WE USE STARTER FOR A SAFE STARTING
but at our homes we don’t see any starters in our coolers,
motors.WHY DON’T WE NEED STARTERS FOR THESE APPLIANCES?

We all use only A.C motors in house hold purpose,but also
uses small rating of D.C motors which is in
mixers,juicers.it has below 0.25hp motors only.thats they
not require starters for starting
