Is it possible to fix 1/2" BSPP Male thread with 1/2" BSPT
female thread. If yes is it safe for gas transport
applications.

It is impossible to fix bspp with bspt as bspp refers to british standard pipe parallel and the later 1 refers to tapered. In which its geometry of the thread differs. for gas transport applications npt is used.
