My TOEFL score is low.It is 55 out of 120.I have low marks
in listening.I got admission in MS computer science.Please
give me solid reason for low score in TOEFL.

Hi Tej, No need to Worry.Even though your score is low you
got admission letter and I-20.That means university
accepted that score and admitted you in their university.so
tell this to VO with confidence.

i have studied thrgh english medium from beginin if
not tell them has gona for this much year for this
college course n has got excellent knowledge
which was spoken by my grades and experince in
corporate world , agreee tht u have achieved less
socre then xpected( dont tell ne fooolish reason like
i was sick i have headach ) but my xcellent gre
score and academic backgrnd speaks it self tht i m a
good achiever ,so not only consider my negatives if u
consider my efforts which i have put thrgh this
countless years ,if u consider tht i will consider tht my
knowledge is being appreciated

hi friends, i got 1120 in gre and 83 out of 120 in toefl and 78% in my B.Tech. but i am 2007 passed out, so i have one year gap after completion of my studies, i didn't have any experience in this time, so plz tell me my sucees ratio to get visa?? if the interviewr ask about my gap what should i reply??? thank you
I am having 10 backlogs during my B.Tech degree and had cleared within time with an cgpa 6.16. If Vo asks the no. of backlogs can it affect on the visa plz guide me.
Dear sir/madam, iam desperately need your help by suggesting me how to afce the interview. i went to for fall 2001 and then i did my master's in mechanical and then also in computers and now i am doing my phd in csce dept. i married a green card holder in jan 2005 and according to our culture and tradition we have to get married in india so i came to india in december 2006 and went for visa renewal on dec 28th 2006 and i got 221 g case. i did couple of mistakes, i had an argument with my wife on dec19th 2006 and she alled 911 and they came and arrested me and i was released on the same day itself my wife only paid the bail. in the ds-156 form i did not fill that i was arrested since the ca cops told me it is an argument between a wife and a husband so not necessary to worry. i also did not fill that i was married because we are not married acording to our tradition and culture. i got my visa on feb 23rd and i decided to go to school for fall 2007 and i was asked at the port of entry whether i was arrested i said yes and told them then they asked me why didn't u fill u r married and also u r arrested, i told the reason. they told me to withdraw the application and apply and come again. now i am going to chennai for the visa interview, please help me how to face the interview and also how to tell them a convincing answer regarding why i did not fill i am married (according to our tradition we are married in jan 2007). thanks, bharat.

Hi i was rejected for F-1 visa at Chennai consulate on 9th of July 2008, i hope, i was rejected in the case of my backlogs, they are 13, and now am planning to take the visa interview again, so what would be my answer if they ask me " why u have been rejected for the first time "? and " Why these many backlogs" ? hi. i got my student visa rejected twice in the last 15 days.i applied for MBA in US & got all the 5 admits where I applied to. but Visa officer asked simple questions each time n I replied confidently. they said nothing except unability to issue me the visa.n gv me a letter under 214B I dont know y............
