Hi recently I have attend F1 visa interivew and I have been denied a visa In ground of fake employment ..... I could not able to produce empl ID card..howerver I showed visa officer a letter from manager. But Now this time I do have id card payslip offer letter .... will they verify my emplyment In the same day of interview..please help me I m very tensef

Me: 3months exp & I underwent a leg surgery ( Actually I am 2007 passed out student & I underwent leg surgery for 2times, which is very rare condition & I had 3month work exp also. But in DS 160 form I didnt mention about exp. I dont want to tell lie to them so I told about 3months work exp & later I told about leg surgery. But she didnt listen to my surgery. Visa Officer: she told something Me: I didnt listen to her properly because I was upset & I told Thank you & I left the place with my papers So When can I re-apply for 2nd VI & wat to do with my 3yrs gap after undergraduation Plz suggest me I wanna know & I wanna undergo for the final surgery soon. i am a student from nepal applying for f-1 student visa to study in usa. i have sufficent funds for study purpose with my maternal uncle being a sponsor from US. i have some ties to the country like, property, assets, and i am the only son. but there is only one problem i have score 62.13% in SLC but in 10+2 it is only 52.60% and IELTS score of 6.0. that means i am not a serious student, can this problem cause for the denial of visa, please answer it, if no then please suggest me what to do? or please provide me a reason for " why low marks "

I got f1 visa rejected in dec'10, at t5hat time i did not mentioned my immediate uncles's name in Ds160 form who lives in US and has a citizenship.Now i am applying 2nd time. Do i have to mention his name although in first interview i told visa officer i do not have immediate relative in US? Is this the reason of my rejection? I am confused!!! please answer!!!!
