A circular dartboard of radius 1 foot is at a distance of 20 feet from you. You throw a dart at it..

Answer / anvith

CONSIDER THE RADIUS OF 0.5FT ON THE DARTBOARD (OF TOTAL
RADIUS 1FT)
IF THE DART FALLS IN THIS RADIUS OR RATHER AREA GIVEN BY
PI*0.5*0.5
THEN ITS CLOSER TO THE CENTRE
HENCE PROBABILITY=PI*0.5*0.5/(PI*1*1)
=0.25
