CONSIDER THE RADIUS OF 0.5FT ON THE DARTBOARD (OF TOTAL
RADIUS 1FT)
IF THE DART FALLS IN THIS RADIUS OR RATHER AREA GIVEN BY
PI*0.5*0.5
THEN ITS CLOSER TO THE CENTRE
HENCE PROBABILITY=PI*0.5*0.5/(PI*1*1)
=0.25
