hi this is seenu from hyderabad. i hav completed mba
(distence).buy i after tht i did pgdca and .net course
after tht i joined job as a software engineer .now i got
h1b visa appointment in chennai octo 30th now i hav exp two
years only but i put four years exp as a software
engineer .now i got job as a program analyst same company
head office in usa . my employeer only suggestme like put
four years exp like tht . this is my profile plz can anyone
can tell which questions they ill ask and give me
suggections .

hi, i am working in Bahrain as a software programmer. in 2006-feb i rejected b1 visa in cheenai embassy. now i got 2008-09 h1b visa approval. which embassy i have to attend h1b interview any other tips for get visa.
I worked in pune from sep 2006 to march 2008 . i applied h1b and got selected in lottery and got approval .In I179 place for attending interview is MUMBAI. present iam working in hyd from mar20 2008 to till date.my dout is where should i go for interview. Thanks.

I am going for H1B interview at Mumbai Consulate very soon so expecting prompt answer for my case. Here is my background: B1/B2 Valid till 2016 Company C Travelled on it L1B valid till 2011 Company B Never Travelled on it H1B Valid Petition till 2011 Company A Not Stamped yet. Going for it. 1. Is there any problem getting H1B stamped as I have not travelled on L1B? 2. Will my L1B cancelled, once H1B got stamped? 3. Is there any problem on H1B stamping, as H1B petition valid since 2008 and going for stamping now in 2010?
