I applied for F1 visa for MS in 2006, but my visa got
rejected under 214 b for 6 times due to too many backlogs
in Eng and insufficient funds at US Embassy Chennai India.
For 1st attempt,I missed the communication.I could not
explained the reason for backlogs properly.
For next 3 attempts, they rejected based on my backlogs.
Because they didn’t asked about my bank statement, CA etc.
For last two attempts I convinced with my backlogs as I got
good scores in GRE and TOEFL. But they asked about my Loan,
Bank statement etc and they are not satisfied with
documents.
Now I applied for H1B visa for 2010 quota and got approval
from USCIS. I am going to attending interview at Mumbai on
Dec 02nd 2010.
What should I say, If Visa Officer ask about my past
refusals?

hello sir, mine is also same case 2day i've been rejected 4
da 4th tym..at hyd us consulate.. nd mine also same reason
1st tym communication.
2nd tym nervous, panic.
3rd tym i culdnt explain her my project.
4th tym he asked me hw many bcklgs nd i said 8 h ask y and i
told da ans..
again he rejectd me..
but i saw another visa officer giving visa for a student
having 20 backlogs...
so wat i think is US visa is pure luck..
so can i know ur ans..

My H1B interview is scheduled next month. For docs relating to previous employer, I got only offer letter and experience cert only. I used to get salary in cash. I dont have pay slips also. Hi, I went to US consulate in Mummbai, on 16 th march 2009 and i was asked to get income tax papers of my co, list of employees and my income tax return.Whn I carried those papers and went again, the officer asked to get unemployment wage repot, but my co is not ready to send me the report, could you please tell me if there is an alternate doc to it? I really need helpIs there any other way out to go back to USA?

hi, i got my h1b in april 2006 and worked in usa until 2008. in nov 2008 i returned india and then back in jan 2010 i applied for tourist visa to usa. i got tourist visa approved but my old h1b visa had a stamped saying "cancelled without prejudice". now if i want to reapply for h1b do i fall in quota of 2006 or 2010? please advise at the soonest thanks
