Hi, I've scheduled my H1B Interview on Sep-18 in chennai.I've 3.5 yrs experience in software testing. I don't know much about the project am going to work in US. Could anyone suggest what should i say for the following questions Q1: What is your responsibility in the US Company? Q2: Why you want to work in US? Q3: Since am in s/w testing, what will be the technical questions they might ask related to my field? Thanks in Advance

My concern over here is the spelling of my First name and lastname are different in SSC, Diploma and Engineering markesheets and certificates are different. Hi, I am working for Company X and Company Y, which I will join after Visa approved has already filed my H1 and I need to take an appointment. Now my Company X is planning for my Visa which could be L or H. What I am afraid of is that if I dont join the Company Y for which I may getthe Visa stamped or "Pending for administrative processing" inwhich they may keep my passport. Please suggest should I hold my visa interview for Company Y or ther willnot be any problem in both cases? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
