highlighting that you have valid H1..there are lot of
companies looking for people with valid H1..they will
recruit you, transfer the H1 to their company and will send
u onsite...

Hi, Can anyone tell me about the H1B 2009 quota selection result. Have any of you received the selection receipt, if so till what time this will come. If rejected do they send back the petition filed immediately or it will take longer. And what is the duration to know whether you got selected for H1B. Guys any one Pl.throw some light on this. for student visa they rejected u since u dont have confidence on u that u will return back to india.now how can we beleive that u will return to india after 3 years or when ur work permit expires.justify?
I have got the approval on my H1B visa from a US company in 2010, and currently my Indian company is filing L1B petition. I didn't attend the H1B visa until now. I applied for H1B through consultant and got H1b VISA Approval. I have received soft copy from my consultant through mail. I haven't received Hard Copy. I have doubt whether the Approval Mail I got from my Consultant is realy belongs to me. How can I Check That?. In The USCIS Site it shows the status alone not the Name?
