1.Requirement was not clubbed,it was in scattered way. So
gathering reqiurement from HLD,SRS was a major challenge
2.Time to completion of project was very short

1-> Should be some knowledge about project because I can do
test that project and can be delivered that time
2-> We thing that how will be test that project, so should
be good process of test because we can find out of bug..
