AS PER IS:6792 , Oil Electric break down voltage( BDV) at
room temp using 2.5 mm gap should be Min 30 KV .
Accordingly don't take risk and carry out oil filteration
as early as possible to avoid any break down.

40 KV is the minimum value required. You need not panic.
Measure the BDV again after 15 days. If there is drop ,oil
filtering is to be done at the earliest
