2.5mva transformer is installed in our company with oltc
but it is not working in auto mode ,it is operative in
manual mode control wiring is done how can i rectify it?

check the selector switch auto mode comand, and auto tap
changer time setting lower and upper voltage level setings
to be checked.

Oltc worked with reverse- forward motor starter through in built programmed pcb card ,command taken from this card as per voltage observation whether voltage level to be raised or down .Voltage level can be also manually controlled via selector switch.

I feel its better to call in the experts. Like when I
worked at Reliance, the transformer was supplied by Bharat
Bijlee and their person used to come and do the needful
from Kalwa, Mumbai. Its quite complicated and not easy. So
you are advised to consult your supplier.
