employee hierarchy in purchasing module?

In oracle applications employee is the first level and the
position is the second level.Positions will assign to
employees,So in employee hierarchy one buyer can forward to
his superwiser only (1 to 1) where as by position Hierarchy
buyer can forward the person who ever assig the position (1
to meny)

nothing different as a company have n number of employee, every employee should have position. position assigned to the employee.employee is a person but position is designation

2. what is receipt method.
I am created credit memo in at but while trying to complete it showing error message-hz_party_location
In GL Journal entry can understand which level i.e. batch wise or individually.
I hv done revaluation corectly even got the result also but why report showing in warning mode in view window after refreshing ?
in payable module journal entries
whenever i run the programe transfered to GL from payables that programe is shown with warning error and not transferred entries to GL

can u make payment across two legal entity ? ex:- one primary ledger, two legal entity and one legal entity have "A" operating unit and another legal entity have "B" Operating unit .. i posted invoice in "A" OU, can i make payment through "B" OU ? if Yes what is mandatory setups ?
