employee hierarchy in purchasing module?

In oracle applications employee is the first level and the
position is the second level.Positions will assign to
employees,So in employee hierarchy one buyer can forward to
his superwiser only (1 to 1) where as by position Hierarchy
buyer can forward the person who ever assig the position (1
to meny)
