my question is Megger of cable insulation or swgr board meggerring some values

my question is Megger of cable insulation or swgr board
meggerring some values in one day 50mohms,some other day
checking different values(20Mohms).
this tell that some person tell that that values ok.
how to identify the megger value is correct.
pls tell me the answer.

the megger value show the dielectric strength of the
insulation .through megger we conclude that the
deterioration of the insulation. & the value of megger
shoulb be greater than

2*kv+1=Mohm
As per therotical point of view .

if you are asked to charge a m/c urgently, you can go for dummy charging using 3-phase load through a, say 16A MCB, and if the MCB does't trips then there is no problem you can go for permanent charging.
