centrigate ohm in current transformer name plate?
Answers were Sorted based on User's Feedback
ALF--accuracy limit factor(ratio of nominal over current to the rated current)
KPV--knee point voltage(secondary voltage must be less than KVP so that ct accuracy will not hampered)
KPV=k.Is(Rct+Zs) where Rct=resistance of secondary winding at 75 c

1. ALF - Accuracy Limit Factor
It is the ratio of Instrument limit primary current to the Rated primary current.
2. KPV- Knee point Voltage
It is defined as a point where 10% increase in the Secondary Voltage causes an increase in the Secondary Current by 50%.
3. Iexc- Excitation current
A transformer exciting current is the current or amperes required to energize the core.
4. Rct @75°C - Resistance of Secondary winding on CT at 75°C.

Can u explain : what is supply for train (whether a,c or d.c ).I know that supply is 25000v a.c .But there is rumour that supply is D.C. And also explain how lights and fans inside the trains are working ,and what type of motors are used in trains whether D.C motors or induction motors .If d.c motor, how it gets supply.If traction motors are used then what are traction motors and its functions and how it differs from other motors and also explain about locomotive . please reply..............
