The answer is the LCM of nos {1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10} * K + 1
'K' is an integer > 0 and has to be chosen in such a way that the expression is divisible by 11 . LCM of the nos come out to be 2520. Thus, minimum value of 'K' for validation of constraints is 10.
Hence the Answer is : 25201
