The LCM of 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 is 2520. Any number that is
divisible by all the above numbers must be a multiplier of
2520.
The smallest number divisible by 11 but yields a remainder
of 1 if divided by 2520 is:
2520 * 10 + 1 = 252001
