three people given 25 rupee each to there servent to
purchase a book.book seeler return 5 rs. then servent keep 2
rupee and return 1 rs each,now they spend 24 rs eachand
servent have 2 rs so totel is 74 rs now where is 1 rupee?

money taken by each person = 24
So, total = 24*3=72
money given to book seeler = 70
so,
now the balance = 2
( the servent kept the balance Rs.2)
Now, "70+2+3=75" ( Rs.3 is the total money, the servent
returned to each person. ie; 1+1+1=3)

so each person share will be (70/3) = 23.333333
2) servant returned one rupee each, so if u add up 1+23.333
it will be 24.333
3) servant kept 2 rupees for himself
(23.3333 * 3) + 3 + 2 = 75

amount kept by the servent is=2rs

actually the total amount that is given by them is 75.
but the servant gave 5 rs back.
then they are having 70 rs now...
this time that servant is taking 2 rs back now they are
having 72 in total...
so 75-72=3 rs
that 3 rs is shareed by three of them as 1 rs each

actually book rate is 70 rs only, so each of them give 24
24*3=72, remaining balance 2rs is given to
the server.

Amount given by three friends: 25*3= 75
Amount kept by servant =2 //equation1
Amount with book seller = 70 *//coz 3 rs servant passed to friends//*
So, total amount kept by servant and book seller = 72 //equation2
After getting 1 rs each … suppose they spend 24 rs again =24*3=72 //equation3
then comparing equation 2 and 3 ,it is same.. no need to add equation 1 bcz it is already added in equation 2..
P.S no money is lost !! :)
