How many times can one apply for visa if rejected once for
fall 2009 ? I was rejected a visa on june 23rd. and can i
apply for emergency date for 2nd attempt , however i am not
able to view dates for the interview.

you can attend any number of times .as long as you are
ready top pay visa fees you can attend. but u can go
through emergency slot only twice. after that you have to
go through regular dates.

i was rejected for the seasson of september and me applying for the second time i pray for the god not be rejected for the second time. the embassay replied me that u will not back to your country me only one son of my parent i will definitely back to my country. i planned to countinue my further study at canada

Hi i am goverment employ of punjab police in dia punjab . I am police constable . I have done master in police adminstration now i want to take higer from usa that is cause i had applied for global development and peace in university of bridgeport usa i got i- 20 and my interview on 8 dec . The place where I live is not covered by DHL.So in order to get an expedite delivery of the SEVIS receipt I ordered the delivery to the address of one of my friends.Everywhere else however a different address(the one mentioned in my passport)is however mentioned.Can this fact affect my chances of getting a F1 VISA?

i am a student from nepal applying for f-1 student visa to study in usa. i have sufficent funds for study purpose with my maternal uncle being a sponsor from US. i have some ties to the country like, property, assets, and i am the only son. but there is only one problem i have score 62.13% in SLC but in 10+2 it is only 52.60% and IELTS score of 6.0. that means i am not a serious student, can this problem cause for the denial of visa, please answer it, if no then please suggest me what to do? or please provide me a reason for " why low marks "
I have my brother and sister in US and my parents keep on going as they have greencard. My sister have filed for my immigration in 2001. I have never applied for visa till now.Should i tell the interviewer about my family members being in US well in advance or i should do that only if it is asked?
