Hello there, I am an international student. I used to study
english in the USA but for some bad issue I had to back to
my country. The problem is that I didn't go to my classes
for almost month and I didn't pay the rent for 5 months.
Now I got admitted to University of Oregon and I am
planning to issue a new visa. The ques is " Can I issue a
new visa?" after these all kinds of problems.

my graduate school had my gre score sent to them by ets but up till now that i am about to attend the interview i do not have my copy of the score
I wish to do my graduate studies in one of the us universities in the field of computer science starting Fall 2010 and am waiting admission information from 1-2 univs. Two years back, I had attempted for H1-B visa which was put on hold. Subsequently since I got a good job in India, I did not pursue H1-B visa. Now I wish to continue with my studies after getting some job experience. My problem What shoudl I write in the DS-160 column asking: Whether you had applied for US visa earlier, if so what is the result. Whether I should write: applied for H1-B visa but put on hold or applied for H1-B visa, denied. Whether this will come in the way of my securing F-1 visa now? Hi guys I had applied for US student visa and i had stayed in uk for 4 years and 10 months. I came back from uk on 27th november and had applied for US F-1 visa for july intake, so my question is I got 3 diff. degrees in mgt. and IT so what I will answer in interview if interviewer will ask me for my london education. I graduated my BE in April 2004 (though i got my certificates on october 2004) i joined my first job in on march 2005. And after this i worked here for about 1.5 years and resigned on August 2007. After this i joined a non thechincal call centre on june 2007. This being the case i have a period of gaps like 5 months between my under graduation and first job and 10 months between first and second job. Further i am working in a non tehcnical call center. How do you think i should tackle questions in this regard if asked about it please help...
