hi frnds this is naresh.i have some doubts on visa
questions.i hv 72% in my B.tech,and 103 toefl score,1050
GRE.but i was spnsred by my uncle(not parents).Is there any
chance to reject visa by this.pls let me out of this
frustations by giving ur valuable suggestions.thank u

I HAVE APPLIED FOR US STUDENT VISA IN DECEMEBR 16. I GOT REJECTION. NOW I AM GOING TO APPLY SECOND TIME IN FEBRUARY. Hi, I am applying for US Student Visa for MS Computer Science. Here is my Score and Academic Detail GRE => 980 (Q=680, V=300) TOEFL => 65 GPA => 3.4 Now my question is that - 1. Can i get admission in any middle level Uni. with above score and GPA? 2. I passed my 10th ( CBSE ) in 1998 ( 76% marks ).I did a Three Year Engineering Diploma in Computer Science in the period 2002 - 2005 ( 83% marks ).I did National Open School 12th Standard in 2009 - 2010 with Eng,Phy,Chem,Bio,Maths as subjects ( 84% marks ).I have Academic Gap in the period 1998 - 2002 and 2005 - 2009 as I was involved in family run small scale business.Now I plan to do Undergraduate Degree in Business in the U.S.A.I am now 28 years old.Will the Academic Gap affect my chances to get admission ?

Hello there, I am an international student. I used to study english in the USA but for some bad issue I had to back to my country. The problem is that I didn't go to my classes for almost month and I didn't pay the rent for 5 months. Now I got admitted to University of Oregon and I am planning to issue a new visa. The ques is " Can I issue a new visa?" after these all kinds of problems.
