In the interview on asking about the number of backlogs i
have lied and the visa officer came to know that i have
lied and he has rejected my visa for the 1st time and now
if i go for the 2nd time plz tell me wht should i say that
for what reason i was rejected last time.

Hey just simply tell him that you didn't satisfy the VO at
that time.don't practise lenghty answers.

speak like tht beacuse sometimes they do add
[erticular note if u r rejected bcz of tht
but i dont think for u case it was enterd n it
was done only on xtreme case

Im Vishal..I did my undergrad at anna university, chennai (2005-2009).. My UG percentage is 63% and i had 12 backlogs which i cleared by the end of the 7th semester..My gre score is 1250 and toefl 103...I have also been given a tuition waiver of 6000usd which is mentioned on my i- 20..Will i face visa rejection due to my acads?Im sure i wont have issues regarding the finances...please care to give in your replies...got my interview this 3rd..thank you..

The place where I live is not covered by DHL.So in order to get an expedite delivery of the SEVIS receipt I ordered the delivery to the address of one of my friends.Everywhere else however a different address(the one mentioned in my passport)is however mentioned.Can this fact affect my chances of getting a F1 VISA?

Hi, I am applying for US Student Visa for MS Computer Science. Here is my Score and Academic Detail GRE => 980 (Q=680, V=300) TOEFL => 65 GPA => 3.4 Now my question is that - 1. Can i get admission in any middle level Uni. with above score and GPA? 2. hi friends.... i had applied for spring semester....i would like to know if my grandfather(mother side) can sponsor my education expenses abroad along with my mother being one of my two sponsors? And the main thing is my grand father will be major sponsor. will this work out at consulate...?
I have got my visa rejected for fake documents. In a sense, the money was removed from the account by the consultancy people whom I approached for visa on the interview day. Is there any possibility of getting visa now ? How should I defend myself if visa officer says mine r fake documents again ?
