guys we must stop fighting amongst ourselves,,,
bhai xxx i believe you are afraid of your credibility,,,
,dont be submissive and dare to show your name rather than putting such sexy expression..
.why the bank needs to show pity on you,,
even though the post is clerk, who cares.
.we will get it by our credibility...if they are not publishing in time..
. this is their fault,,you need to accept it,,,

last year 20% attrition was there in sbi also.
.so there are better job than sbi also,,and see sbi has no right to delay our career prospect..
.as we also know lot of our future plannings
are dependable on this result...

wow .!!! whole the strategy planned 7 months back only .
man world is dynamic . wat you plan yesterday doesnt work
today ...
and i think you dont understand the "internal placement
strategy" .dis is one of the most basic conditions that i
have mentioned . der are some more complicated aspects .
that goes into it..

one of the other aspect .is profile based screening .just
think why they dont declare written marks??? . bcz they are
doing profile based screening .they wont take all those who
top the merit list . they would pick the top candidates who
suits particular type of job profile they have judged us on
various parameters . like personality , finance knowledge ,
marketing knowledge in written exam they have judged on
clerical aptitude , english , etcc...then they shortlist
the candidates who suits diffrent profile. ..like corporate
banking .. profile , cheque clearing , retail banking ,
internet marketing/banking ,etc etc for some branches -
they would need tech SAVVY person .who could handle minor
technical problems .

for some branches in metro cities . they would give
importance to person personality for all those profile
which require customer interactions . .or also they could
give prefrence to females also there
now i cant open the new discussion here ..

i am talking about max time 100 days . and let me remind
you the sbi recruitment process is fastest among all other
banks . for 500-1000 post other banks take 7-8 months .

Hi,I have attended interview on 23.05.2009 of SBI Associate Banks(Clerical). I have posted my exerience alredy. I am hereby want to give some precautions that are to be taken and general doubts that arise about interview and documents to be submitted. Feel free if u still have doubts to call 9492038751, Hyderabad, Andhrapradesh. First thing is to reach the interview centre by 30 minutes before the time given in your call letter. For SBH candidates of Andhra Pradesh Region 150, SBI Staff Training Centre, West Marredpally, Secunderabad. It is near by Rathi file city bus stand, Secunderabad. it is very nearer to Secunderabad City Bus Stop or Central railway station. You hardly have spend 20 to 25 rupees for auto or u can reach by walk also from railway station or bus stop. Secondly, take one set of all certificates and take a character certificate from Gazetted Officer (High Head Master, Govt Doctor, Govt College Principal, Lecturers of Govt. Colleges, Central Govt Officers, State Govt. Officers) Similarly identity certificate also be signed by the Gazetted Officer. Both Identity Certificate and Character Certificates may be signed by the same Gazetted Officer there is no problem. Thirdly, If u belong to OBC community, compulsorily that certificate should be dated on or after 01.01.2008 only. Otherwise u will not be allowed to attend interview. Fourthly, try to take some paper special paper napkins as the interview may take place in the afternoon even if u are informed to attend at 08;30 in the morning to keep ur face fresh. Remember to enquire of bathroom on entering the interview location and dont feel shy. It is necessary to make u look afresh before interview panel because when ur turn comes all the makeup whetever we did might got disturbed. Fifthly, try to brush up ur core subjects in basics only and have knowledge on banking terminology and current affairs. Sixtly, you should read the news paper on the day u r attending interview. Note down points on sports, political, economical issues. Be particular about mentioning about ur hobbies. There will be questions on ur hobbies and it ur hobby is any game or sports u should be thorough with the national and international events, persons relating to that game/sport According to some information, interview will have 35 marks, out of which 5 marks will be allotted for hobbies. So be carful while mentioning hobbies. Coming to extra curricular activities, mention it and submit copies of certications also. u may/may not pose question. Best of luck to all. I have been shortlisted for sbi asso clerk interview.For character certificate when I called my college people in admin off said that you are already a passout so we can't issue certificate....im a 2012 passout....what to do now? please anyone suggest.
