It is an approximation answer by the Sbi employees,Since the
shortage of employees,they will recruit as soon as
possible,and they also said the results will take nearly 1
month,thus it will be released in the first or second week
of june,2010.

It is not like that.Evey organization has right to increase
or decrease the vacancy according to their recquirement.They
already mentioned in the notification vacancy may increase
or decrease.So there is no legal problem to increase the
vacancys.

WRITTEN TEST HELD ON 08TH , 15TH & 22ND NOVEMBER 2009
The interviews for the captioned recruitment exercise were
held in
the month of April & May 2010. Around 90,000 candidates were
interviewed and the tabulation of the interview marks and
merging
them with marks of written test is nearly complete. As the
recruitment exercise is massive, checking and crosschecking
of the
marks has been necessitated so that it is error free.
The exercise of final selection is state-wise and
category-wise based
on the reservations prescribed for SC, ST, OBC, etc. As
such, it is
equal to compilation of more than 200 independent merit lists.
We expect to complete the whole exercise and release the final
result in six weeks time. This is for the information of the
candidates. Candidates are requested to bear this delay with us.

Hi dear friends,
I m a guy who has joined the SBI in the last recruitment..I
actually wanted to clear some air abt the recruitment
process i can guarantee all of you that no one can clearly
give u any info when the results will be published...there
are only a lot of rumours running around regarding the
same...my wife has also attended the interview and we both
are waitin eagerly for it ... i strongly feel that the
results are well prepared before and there seems to be
something that is holding back ... I would like to advise
all of you to restrain from foolish remarks about the
process and the bank....Tc...

Dear friends interview result will be declared in first week
of June 2010 all those selected will get one sms and hard
copy for medical. Medical will be conducted in all the
states at one of the Govt hospital as decided by SBI. When
medical fitness report is submitted to the SBI centre, they
will tell to come next day. Next they will give you the
appointment letter. All those who are called for medical
exam are selected and rest can prepare for next exam.

Hi Friends,
No where in India, u'll get correct information from govt
officials. So the result date they are telling is fake. As
per the information I got result will be out in last week of
this month or 1st week of July.
Moreover, SBI is planning to hire 27,000 peoples during the
fiscal 2010-2012. Sources : SBI site -

So they wont delay much upto August.
One morething, last wednesday some branches in tamilnadu
received the letter to send no. of the vacancies in their
branch. I have confirmed this with my relatives from 4
different branches. So I hope our results are ready. At any
time we will result.

People its just one or two who had shown their anger for
delay of results .But there are many other people who would
really like to know more info and share the same..So people,
dont hesitate just share your thoughts, even people working
in sbi are unaware of the results then how can someone blame
others who are not responsible for it. So feel light
hearted, just keep posting ..All the best to all..

i m a graduate.i want to clear bank clerical exam.plz suggest me books for it.i find the reasoning questions difficult.the type in one or two statements are given and you have to choose correct statement plz tell me how to solve them.

Hi,I have attended interview on 23.05.2009 of SBI Associate Banks(Clerical). I have posted my exerience alredy. I am hereby want to give some precautions that are to be taken and general doubts that arise about interview and documents to be submitted. Feel free if u still have doubts to call 9492038751, Hyderabad, Andhrapradesh. First thing is to reach the interview centre by 30 minutes before the time given in your call letter. For SBH candidates of Andhra Pradesh Region 150, SBI Staff Training Centre, West Marredpally, Secunderabad. It is near by Rathi file city bus stand, Secunderabad. it is very nearer to Secunderabad City Bus Stop or Central railway station. You hardly have spend 20 to 25 rupees for auto or u can reach by walk also from railway station or bus stop. Secondly, take one set of all certificates and take a character certificate from Gazetted Officer (High Head Master, Govt Doctor, Govt College Principal, Lecturers of Govt. Colleges, Central Govt Officers, State Govt. Officers) Similarly identity certificate also be signed by the Gazetted Officer. Both Identity Certificate and Character Certificates may be signed by the same Gazetted Officer there is no problem. Thirdly, If u belong to OBC community, compulsorily that certificate should be dated on or after 01.01.2008 only. Otherwise u will not be allowed to attend interview. Fourthly, try to take some paper special paper napkins as the interview may take place in the afternoon even if u are informed to attend at 08;30 in the morning to keep ur face fresh. Remember to enquire of bathroom on entering the interview location and dont feel shy. It is necessary to make u look afresh before interview panel because when ur turn comes all the makeup whetever we did might got disturbed. Fifthly, try to brush up ur core subjects in basics only and have knowledge on banking terminology and current affairs. Sixtly, you should read the news paper on the day u r attending interview. Note down points on sports, political, economical issues. Be particular about mentioning about ur hobbies. There will be questions on ur hobbies and it ur hobby is any game or sports u should be thorough with the national and international events, persons relating to that game/sport According to some information, interview will have 35 marks, out of which 5 marks will be allotted for hobbies. So be carful while mentioning hobbies. Coming to extra curricular activities, mention it and submit copies of certications also. u may/may not pose question. Best of luck to all. I am not at all comfortable in working in a call-centre like environement and to work in shifts.But when in the job advertisement,it was there that the employee is required to make calls to customers,work in sfits and do travel.
