For general awareness, you can try spectrum year book or
TMH year book and for current affairs you may refer monthly
magazine such as chronicle, wizard, and CSR.

1 study indian economy....all schemes started by the govt
2 study competition in focus
3 study the newspaper scientifically ie mark or note down
all the important events
for gd/pi purpose do read editorials from newspaper
