Congrats to all those who got shortlisted for the interview. But one thing i want to make clear that do arrange for the application print out becos without it they wil not allow us to sit for the interview.It is clearly mentioned in the call letter. So please if anybody having the format..pls pls mail it.

Hello friends,
I had my interview today at IDBI tower, Mumbai.
For your convenience,
The panel consisted of 3 members and they asked questions in
tandem, sometimes even befr u hav nt completed answering the
previous question....so be prepared fr dis..
Qs asked were:-
tell me abt urself? Family background?
Why into banking? how can u be useful?
Why IDBI? tell me abt IDBI?
RBI roles? Accountant role?
Tell me abt some ratios...like current ratio, asset turnover
ratio like that..
what's Phishing? Plastic money?
Your subjects at graduation?
I think answering confidently is the key to clear interview
bcoz they ask Qs without giving u enough time to thnk over
it. so just answer in flow dont hesitate, in fact they help
u wid right answers in case u r going wrong!!!

Please can anyone tell me that if i have given sbi PO exams in april then can i again appear for it in upcoming SBI PO exams.
i have NABARD Assistant managers phase ii exam on 19th july. if anyone has any idea about questions asked in descriptive test in previous years please reply.It will be great help if someone who appeared for such exam shares his experience
