hi friends.. i faced interview on sep 22nd.if there any MSW
candidated pls go through the basic labour legislations &
hr concepts like 360% appraisal, child labour prevention
act, turnover in the context of labour, etc.. they r also
testing our knowledge in banking sector like our primary
bank, its functions, etc.. mainly they r testing the
candidates self confidence & communicational ability.. good
luck...

Hi, I am shortlisted for Bank of India PO(GBO)and have my interview on 15th March ,2011. Can anyone help me on What& how to answer on the following questions: 1) Why did you choose banking when you have grown fast in the corporate sector (I worked for 3.5 years in a top BPO and now at a Fortune 500 Company... Non- IT) 2)Character certificate is required from two persons , obtained on recent date(mentioned in the call letter) So,any particular format? 3)I've done my PGDBA(HR) in correspondence mode , which holds no value in the Govt.Sector( not AICTE/UGC regd.).So, if they ask ' Why have you done this course when you want to choose banking as career?' , what should I answer? 4) What to say if we are not clear on ans. to certain questions?

Dear Friends,I was a bindaas type of guy not bothering abt anything in life and becoz of this nature i lost around 2 lakhs in share markets last year. But now i want to change my self for my parents and want to do some thing for them by getting a Govt job. So i ll be really thankful if any body can suggest me should i try for Banking jobs or not. Even if it opens and u fill 1st page its not going to 2nd page. What ll be the right time in a day or night to fill the form online when there ll be less load on the server??????
