Hello friends,
I had my interview today at IDBI tower, Mumbai.
For your convenience,
The panel consisted of 3 members and they asked questions in
tandem, sometimes even befr u hav nt completed answering the
previous question....so be prepared fr dis..
Qs asked were:-
tell me abt urself? Family background?
Why into banking? how can u be useful?
Why IDBI? tell me abt IDBI?
RBI roles? Accountant role?
Tell me abt some ratios...like current ratio, asset turnover
ratio like that..
what's Phishing? Plastic money?
Your subjects at graduation?

I think answering confidently is the key to clear interview
bcoz they ask Qs without giving u enough time to thnk over
it. so just answer in flow dont hesitate, in fact they help
u wid right answers in case u r going wrong!!!
