Facets is an application in healthcare domain.. its an application devoloped by Trizetto.. it has 24 modules and also many sub modules.. totlly around 260 i think..
facets testing means testing of these applications while performing certain actions using this application
for ex:
if a person is claiming , then the actions peromed shd be reflectd when we use this application. so testing is done to know abt this...

It is an application developed by trizetto. It will give all kind of Health Insurance Claims Process(like member enrollment, plans, benefits, claims, etc., ) and It can be used by all the Insurance companies/providers by getting leicenced by trizetto. Also based on the requirement of the insurance compnaies/providers. It can be designed. Once it is designed according to the requirement, then the testing process would start. we can start testing on particular application.
Here application in the sence...Facets can be modified and updated as per the requirement. Then it would be tested.

It mainly uses MVC architecture for server side and
JavaScript for client side.
But still i cannot correlate on how facet testing will be
performed on real time applications? Is this the same as
testing a web based application?
