Because as your company's has both Name and Gain. And i put my full potential in my job as per my qualification and experience. So i think 15000 is a reasonable.

Because, The basic salary for the Engineer's as per the
government rule is above Rs. 15,000/- so the company follows
the government procedure and the company provides the
employer satisfaction. And for fresher they will adopt to
any type of job because they didn't have much experience
about the working atmosphere and normally the job in the HCL
company is a big thing for the freshers.
