in this case the bug will be rejected, to avoid such situation take a screen shot every time you test a functionality

May be dis is d case of occurance of bug in different
environment i.e may be developer nd tester both r workin in
different environment. To avoid such situation take a
screen shot every time you test a functionality , so dat u
alwys have a proof wid urself dat d bug u found is a valid
bug.

Firstly you should take the screenshots while testing.
If you have missed taking the screenshots, in such
situation, try to reproduce the bug and if it reproduces,
take the screenshots and send it to the developer, TL.

i donthave real time experience but i came to know form
those who have it
that when developer is not getting the same bug as the
tester
there may be different reason for this kind of bug like
enivronment ,or version etc
so if developer did not agree ,then tester and developer
will meet and discuus the bug
for this tester should get the proof of his bug
like screen shots
