Preventive maintenance means to prevent the machine
breakdown by properly schedule the maintenance as per
machine manufacturer recommended and our own experience. It
may be daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly schedule.

In predictive maintenance, we measure the abnormalities in
machinery through various instrument and take the action
before it cause major breakdown.

PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE-IS THE REGULAR MAINTENANCE WHICH IS
WE DONE IN MONTHALY BASIC
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE - IS THE MAINTENANCE WHICH IS WE DO
HALF YEARLY OR QUATERLY. IN THIS PERIOD WE DO IMPROVEMENT
IN THE MACHINE.
