truely speaking career is different frm education,there r
so many great leaders in india who had proven this
statement for eg:our great leader mahathma gandhi is
basically a lawer but he proved himself as a father of our
nation likewise if u start as an employer in a bpo u might
gradually grow urself as a team leader,tso,etc..so never
mind whether u r engineer or docter,the thing is u must
prove urself at the given task so tat u can shine in this
sector too.nothing is impossible in this world untill
unless we try or experience ourself to it.

You have spent 4 years in learning a specialized skill, try
to go into something where you can use your degree, and the
skills you have learn t.
With little more effort you can do it.Unless you are really
passionate about something totally different,it is useless
to redirect your career into something different.

buddy,i think this is the toughest question of all
i understand you should have had a bad engineering
for this you should approach him with an air of confidence
that what you tell him is true ,and he is beleiving it.
tell him that though u did ur engineering you were always
inclined towards bpo sector and were planning for it
for some strong reasons like my brother was doing the
same , most of my friends were working there, or you were
not interested in the engineering sector for its mysticism,
and have never beleived in getting a job there,
or something like "i beleive that its quite good over
once i consolidate my position and then work out my way
up to better positions with the many opportunities in your
company (a team leader ,etc,etc)

AS MY OPINION U SHOULD JOIN. AFTER GETTING 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IT IS EASIER 1. TO APPLY ANATHOR SIMILAR COMPANY FOR A BETTER SALARY.2.OR TO UR CORE SECTOR.THE EXPERIENCE WILL WORK.AND ALSO UR COMMUNICATION SKILL WILL DEFINITELY IMPROVE.

and connections if any of the electrical fails i can
implement my enggineering skill so i can do double job one
