SIMPLY YOU CAN SAY -RESTORING MOMENT IS CALLED BENDING MOMENT OR
AT THE CROSS SECTION OF BEAM ALGEBRIC SUM OF MOMENT OF FORCES ON RIGHT OR LEFT SIDE OF THE SECTION IT MAYE BE sanging or hogging

SHEAR FORCE:sum of the all unbalanced vertical forces to the right or left of section acting at the cross section of beam is called sher force.
