SIMPLY YOU CAN SAY -RESTORING MOMENT IS CALLED BENDING MOMENT OR
AT THE CROSS SECTION OF BEAM ALGEBRIC SUM OF MOMENT OF FORCES ON RIGHT OR LEFT SIDE OF THE SECTION IT MAYE BE sanging or hogging
