mag. current is tested to see whether all the 3 phases are
properly magnetised or not.If any phase is taking a higher
current then it could be said that in that phase some
conductors are short,So it's better that during this test
variac be used to apply the voltage,one should slowly
increse the voltage or just on-off the multimeter used to
see the quick response,if current is quickly incresing use
variac,to protect the multimeter.

in single phase we get 220 volt and in three phase 4420 v why this second Ques= in case three phase star conection our neutrul becom disconect what happan 3 Q=== a three phase house load and have unbalce load on different pahse diffrent current eg phase a 7A b 8A c 5A and voltage is 440 than how calculate it total load in kw pl give formula thanks

I HAVE A 50A MCCB AS PER DESIGN LINE WIRE CONNECT UPWORD SIDE AND LOAD IS CONNECTED TO DOWNWARD SIDE TO THE MCCB.IF NOW ANY ONE CHANGE SUPPLY & LOAD(WISEVERSA) WHAT HAPPENS ? DOES MCCB OPERATION OR WORKING FUNCTION NORMAL IF YES THAN WHY THERE ARE MARKED LINE & LOAD ON MCCB.
