BEING A MECHATRONICS student you must know basics of electricals, electronics, must be good in plc programming, micro processors,mechanical field should also be well undertaken, beside this he must be a good programmer and jack of all trades..robotics and knowledge of sensors, motors gives you upper hand.

resistance is the property of a material to resist the flow of current... now by ohm's law current is directly proportional to voltage. then why we transformer in small appplication... if we use resistance in daily life it will be more sufficent,cheaper,etc. than transformer
