During Millivolt drop test current leads are applied in the
extreme ends and voltage leads are given just before the
current leads.. what will be the difference if voltage
leads are given in the extreme ends? and why?

As we calculate the voltage drop in millivolt drop test the
voltage lead should be always in the current path other
wise it will not be able to calculate the same.
