its an operational amplifier; an IC with 8 pins producing
an amplified output of the differential inputs, V+ and V-.
The output is Vout = (V+ - V-)G, where G is the open loop
gain. The magnitude of G is controlled by the manufacturer,
whose value is in the range of million. So, even if the
input is very less, in microvolts range, output will attain
amplifier saturation.

why length of antenna is taken as one half of wavelength or one fourth of wavelength? Why not one eighth or one sixteenth?
