It is the phase angle between the HV and LV side
Voltages.The phase angle is denoted by Clock positions like
11 oclock , 1 o clock, 12o clock, 6o clock and 5 oclock
positions.Say Ynd11 for power transformers where Y denotes
Star connected HT side,n denotes nuetral,d denotes Delta
connected LT side and 11 denotes the phase angle as a clock
position.

It is the phase shift between HV and LV and normally HV is
a referance and LV has a phase shift.
