No the ratio 1:1.5:3.65 is incorrect. The optimum mix
design for M25 grade concrete is 1:1:2

If you are going Is 456-2000 it is 1:1:2. in case you going
to mix design yes is 1:1.5:3.65. i calculate this design
according to local material.

We have two type of mix one is nominal mix and second is
designe mis. if we go through nominal mix then we can say
M25 is 1:1.5:3. but M25 and above this please go through
only designe mix recommended by BIS. so we can calculate
after seive analyse and thro grading of aggregate.

When you go through the mix design ..it almost comes like
1:2.06:3.53,
1:1.5:3.65 is almost correct except the quantity of sand.
