when a crack devlop in a brickwall, if it is serious depth
then is advicely to dismemtailing and construct a new one,
if it is plastering then dismentailing to some extent and a
new plastering is done.
expansion joint is generally not done in residential
building. for other structure a expansion joint is done in
every 30mt.

ground floor columns and beams are reinforced by 4 Num's 16MM @ Corners AND 2 Num's 10MM @ centre.... And the nxt top floor columns and beams were lapped by 8 num's 12MM dia bars..... IS THIS CORRECT ????
