what if the interviewer ask that we are offering 8000 only
but if the another company is offering 10000 means to which
you would like to go?

If i have already joined your company. If another company give me opportunity to better salary then i don't join other company because salary is not important for me. Here carrier is more important for me.

Salary doesn't matter in my sense because genuine companies
even with less salary can fetch our future ultimately.... so
instead of looking for salary i will look in the background
of the offering organization....

well we all, Agree money does everything in world,but apart
from value of employee satsifaction makes more value than
money.so if the company gives more value towards its
empolyee potential and growth towards his or her skill and
based on the performances and expeerience to hire me or
us,ofcourse you tell me the fact sir, we will always find
the suitable one it could be 8000 or 10000.. if we get both
am happy and the company will be always happy towards its
growth on hirings its talents ..now you tellme sir,at first
why should we need to think about more salary rather than
our quick growth ...Am happy to be here.just because,iam in

When I am working in your company,I will not give my Vote
to that company who is offering 10000. Because I had
joined in you company for developing my carrer growth.
Not for sake of the salary. Even though if I move to that
company,I may not perform well beacause I may not get
interest with the work and I may not get settled. All this
will be cosidered.
We should go according to our Interst only, but not
depending upon on the salary.
