but if the another company is offering 10000 means to which
you would like to go?

well we all, Agree money does everything in world,but apart
from value of employee satsifaction makes more value than
money.so if the company gives more value towards its
empolyee potential and growth towards his or her skill and
based on the performances and expeerience to hire me or
us,ofcourse you tell me the fact sir, we will always find
the suitable one it could be 8000 or 10000.. if we get both
am happy and the company will be always happy towards its
growth on hirings its talents ..now you tellme sir,at first
why should we need to think about more salary rather than
our quick growth ...Am happy to be here.just because,iam in
right place towards my vision to grow along with the
company..
