for 45 Degree 1D and 90 Degree 2D deduct Elongation for any bend

For rectangular shear ring the cutting length formula is

2*(a+b)+2*10d-12d

Where a nd b are two dimesions and d is dia of bar

For 45' it took single d to minus
For 90' it took double d to minus.

There is no particular reference in any code for steel up to dia-20 mm its 2d deduction for 90 degree bend, and 3d deduction for 25 mm dia and more than it.
