why micro controller 8051/52's clock frequency is
internally divide by 12 ??
and why it is further divide by 32 in UART serial
communication ??

to execute one bit of instruction the microcontroler takes the 12 clock
pulses
and to execute the one charcter it takes 32 clock pulses .so it is divided.
